Indonesia Humanitarian Logistics Lab (IHLL) memulai tahun 2026 dengan memfasilitasi sebuah pertemuan strategis antara pemerintah, lembaga kemanusiaan, akademisi, dan sektor swasta. Pentingnya Penyelarasan Data dan Sistem Informasi

Salah satu fokus utama pertemuan adalah tantangan terkait perbedaan format data, sistem pelaporan, dan alur informasi antar lembaga. Perbedaan ini sering menjadi hambatan dalam keputusan cepat saat terjadi bencana.

IHLL mempresentasikan kerangka awal untuk Knowledge Base nasional yang dirancang untuk:

  • menyatukan sumber data penting,
  • mempermudah akses informasi bagi lembaga kemanusiaan,
  • meningkatkan interoperabilitas antar sistem,
  • memperkuat analisis kebutuhan secara real-time.

Kerangka ini disambut positif oleh peserta sebagai langkah awal menuju tata kelola informasi yang lebih konsisten.

Pengembangan Kapasitas sebagai Kunci Perubahan

Selain data, IHLL menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kapasitas di tingkat daerah. Banyak organisasi kemanusiaan menyampaikan bahwa sumber daya manusia di lapangan memerlukan pelatihan sistematis terkait logistik bencana, mulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan, manajemen transportasi, hingga koordinasi distribusi.

IHLL berkomitmen melanjutkan program Learning Hub yang menyediakan:

  • modul pelatihan,
  • lokakarya berbasis studi kasus,
  • praktik simulasi logistik bencana,
  • sesi berbagi pengalaman lintas organisasi.

Program ini diharapkan memperkuat kesiapsiagaan lembaga di seluruh Indonesia.

Mendorong Kolaborasi Independensi IHLL sebagai Fasilitator

IHLL menegaskan kembali perannya sebagai lembaga non-profit yang memfasilitasi kolaborasi lintas sektor secara independen. Dengan berada di luar struktur pemerintah maupun organisasi internasional tertentu, IHLL menjaga ruang kolaborasi yang netral dan berorientasi pada bukti (evidence-based approach).

Pertemuan strategis ini menghasilkan beberapa tindak lanjut:

  • penyusunan pedoman berbagi data antar lembaga,
  • pengembangan pilot project katalog pengetahuan logistik kemanusiaan,
  • pembentukan kelompok kerja kecil untuk analisis alur logistik pada respons bencana besar.

Langkah Selanjutnya

IHLL akan merilis laporan lengkap dari pertemuan ini pada kuartal kedua 2026. Laporan tersebut akan tersedia sebagai dokumen publik di laman Knowledge Base IHLL dan dapat diakses oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan.
